Okay, here's the deal!

We've seen bureaucrats and  companies demand reams and reams of paperwork for people to resell their products. But we are determined to make this process as easy and painless as possible. So essentially there are two programs that Analon makes available to potential sellers, the sellers program and the distributor program.

But there are conditions

There are two catches, and only two catches, Catch one. You must not sell our systems above the suggested retail price. If this seems hard on you keep in mind what we are trying to do. Provide affordable systems for everyone. And our experience shows that you make more money by selling several items at low cost rather than one at an exorbitant price. Also, to protect the Analon name, you may not deceptively advertise that an Analon machine is being discounted when it is not.

Catch two. Being a seller or a distributor means being in business, and being in business means things like paying sales taxes and getting permits and whatnot. We are not going to even begin to go through that for you because it might take too long. Initially, we will take your word that you have the appropriate licenses or intend to get them. And we do expect you to charge the appropriate sales tax for the systems you sell.

However, one of the things that Analon strives for is one stop shopping, repair and expansion. We want to make available everything your customer will need. As our business grows, Analon will have the opportunity to test every component we sell as a regular line, so that a customer may order upgrades to their Analon Computer we know are compatible.

Sellers program

We don't want to call it a reseller program because that implies that you are going to be the one radically altering the machines. We will still be doing that in house. But you will be selling the systems. What we are proposing is a flat out 10% commission on the machines you sell. You don't actually have to have any machines in stock. You may but that is a completely voluntary arrangement. We will provide as much documentation that you need over the internet in the form of downloadable files. Eventually, we will work out a system of bonuses.

You may sell our machines in any customary manner in which computers are sold, by word of mouth, over the net, leafleting, etc. We only ask that you sell honestly and obey all laws when you sell. Also, you may only represent yourself as an Analon distributor or retail outlet, not an Analon employee.

To apply for the sellers program,  fill out this form or contact Tiffany Largent at 480--540-1320.

Distributor program

The distributor program requires that you buy a certain number or dollar amount of Analon machines and peripherals for resale. We do not guarantee that you will sell them and we will not guarantee that we will take them back unless defective. Once they are sold to you, they are sold. While we will take a special order from a distributor, we expect a distributor to carry most of the machines they will sell on hand.

Again, how you sell as a distributor is up to you. Our only requirement is that the machines must be sold at or below the manufucturer's suggested retail price. Also, we do not give special privileges based on the size or notoriety of your company. We only give discounts based on the volume of your orders.

We are working out our prices and arrangements at this time, so call Tiffany Largent at 480--540-1320, and  fill out this form

Do you offer credit terms?

The answer to that is, for consumers, not yet, and for distributors and business customers, yes under many circumstances. When we get an order from you, we have to order from our suppliers what we do not have in stock. Can we take a sizable credit order? Depends on the credit worthiness of your company. We might be able to swing it if your company can produce sufficient irrevocable letters of credit. In effect, if we can convince our suppliers of your credit worthiness, then we will accept your credit. BUT we won't do it for orders under $5,000.

May customers charge their purchases through Analon?

We are working on a system whereby customers may charge their computer products. However, we must caution that charging a machine on a credit card or through a credit company, in reality, drastically increases the price. The smarter thing to do is to buy the computer piece by piece, starting with a basic expandable system and building upon it when you have the money.

We at Analon are assuming that anybody who is at Distributor level already has, or intends to get, their own charge authorization system.

We will work with a customer in special circumstances wherever we can. If you've got a need we will try to fill it, or send you to someone who can.
